Dr Charlotte Grahame qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2023 and has 6 years prior experience in the NHS working across the lifespan. Most of her experience has been focused on working with young people, neurodiverse individuals and those with Intellectual Disabilities. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including inpatient services and several mental health crisis teams.

 

Charlotte has also had experience leading the Autism post-diagnostic pathway within CAMHS and supporting young people after their diagnosis. She is passionate about supporting individuals to understand their lived neurodiverse experience on their journey of self-discovery. She enjoys working in a trauma-informed and integrative manner to adapt therapy to individual need, with a particular focus of CBT, ACT, CFT.

 

Charlotte is also trained in completing Autism Assessments with adults and young people and enjoys working with people on their assessment journey.
