2. What are your fees for therapy?
Our fees are set according to the qualifications, training level & years of experience the therapist holds. We have three sets of fees to reflect this
- Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologist (Alex) & Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology (Freena) - £150/session
- CBT Therapist (Marie), ADHD coaching (Rhiannon) & Counselling Psychologist (Sharanjit, remote) - £120/session
- Occupational Therapy - £90/session

3. What hours are you open?
Our team covers a range of weekday daytime and evening hours. We run occasional Saturday clinics for Autism and ADHD assessments. When you contact us we can give you an up to date list of availability from within the team.
4. How does payment work for appointments?
For therapy sessions we ask that payment be made on the day any sessions take place via your online banking, so that arrears do not build up.
For assessments we send a deposit request to you and then later on in the process send two invoices.

5. Do you accept insurance funding?
We accept insurance funding for Autism and ADHD assessments by BUPA and some others insurers. We do not take on BUPA funded therapy cases. We do not usually accept insurance funded therapy but this is on a case by case basis, so please contact us to discuss. We would ask that you self-fund sessions and then claim back from your insurer directly. We do not accept AXA or BUPA funding for therapy sessions but do for neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism) assessments.
